Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to Pro features. When downgrading, you'll keep Pro features until your current billing period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe. For annual plans, we also offer invoicing for Enterprise customers.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes! Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
What happens to my store if I cancel?
If you cancel your Pro subscription, your store will be downgraded to the Free plan. You'll keep your products and data, but Pro features will be disabled.
